About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Principal Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a clear generative AI strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for generative AI and innovation across various departments and functions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on digital initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of generative AI technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new AI technologies with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during generative AI initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure employees embrace and adopt new AI technologies and practices.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization using generative AI.
  • Lead process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization using generative AI.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of generative AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to leverage their expertise and resources for successful generative AI implementation.
  • Oversee training programs to upskill employees in using new AI technologies, tools, and processes effectively.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with generative AI initiatives, including data security and compliance.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of generative AI efforts.
  • Regularly report progress to executive/senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageous.
  • ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher.
  • SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous.
  • Significant proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organization.
  • Significant proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment.
