Legal Secretary

Requirements:
- Min 2 years' experience as a secretary/paralegal/legal admin assistant within a legal practice or related industry
- Experience with trust and commercial law will be an advantage
- FAIS and FICA compliance
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communicaton skills verbal and wri6en in both English/Afrikaans
- Must be a fast learner
- Be able to work independently, under pressure and to deadline
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup of trusts and trust accounts
- Attending to payment requests
- Liaise with the Masters office as required
- Maintain Trust database
- Opening new files
- Ensure hard copies and electronic filing is in order
- Liaising with tax advisors
- Assist the Fiduciary Specialist / Director as required
- Attend to general administrative & standin reception duties
Salary:
