We are on the lookout for vibrant, energetic, and driven individuals to join our client who is a lead in the manufacturing industry.

The right individual should have experience working in an Customer Service role previously as well as the willingness to learn and support a very busy and dynamic team.


Duties:

  • Processing of orders (internal and external) within agreed time frames.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify customer and order information to negate queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in order to deliver on sales revenue for the region.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure closure of open contracts
  • Process samples taken out by sales and other staff on a monthly basis
  • Process quotations as required
  • Maintain and manage the lowest possible cash sales in line with company strategy
  • Ensure pertinent communication between all stakeholders is continuous and relevant.
  • Log claims or complaints on relevant systems and ensure closure in line with agreed time lines.
  • Enhance product mix to show value add to the customer base and company whilst aligning with overall company strategy.
  • Offer advice on the advantages of the company product range.
  • Attend product training to ensure product knowledge is an asset.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate and develop links with internal functions.

Salary:
R12,500.00 per month
