As a Human Capital Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's HR strategies and initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and HR professionals to ensure compliance with labour laws and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships will be critical in supporting employee engagement and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience with group HR management or related field of companies
  • 3 or more years of experience with group HR management or related field of companies
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated willingness to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Respect for diverse perspectives and the ability to effectively manage and navigate different viewpoints.
  • Confidence and proficiency in working with numerical data and calculations.
  • Minimum NQF level 7 qualification.
  • Indepth knowledge and experience in labour legislation and regulations.
  • Experience working with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COIDA) and Workers' Compensation Act (WCA)
- in depth experience in completing employment equity and being up to date with latest legislation.

  • Familiarity and experience with developing and implementing Workplace Skills Plans (WSP).
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Salary:
R25,000.00 per month
