Overview:
NSC Global is currently looking for a

Activity Assurance Administrator to join our growing company.

Main Job Purpose:

Activity Assurance Administrator is responsible for ensuring an engineer arrives to a customer site on time, completes the assigned activities successfully, with the required tools and sends the quality approved information back to the customer/project manager within the agreed SLA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct activity calls with assigned resources as per scheduled activates.
  • Escalate as per agreed escalation path should there be any discrepancies
  • Review activity scope with resources to ensure resource competencies.
  • Act as first point of contact for resources requiring support for procedural/access and equipment issues.
  • Tracking of activity start and end times
  • Tracking and monitoring of activity status and reporting to Senior Management timeously.

Daily Tasks:

  • Conduct pre activity calls with assigned resources to confirm their attendance.
  • Review Toolkit and Bill of Materials with engineers prior to activity.
  • Issue Work Packs for all equipment migration. (H&S packs, risk assessments, cutover job sheets, site contacts etc.)
  • Ensure the assigned resources arrive at the activity on site with all required equipment based on Work Pack.
  • Upload pre and post activity documentation to repository.
  • Coordinate bridge activities with customer within specified time intervals.
  • Communicate will all resources throughout activity to ensure the migration is moving as per plan.
  • Liaise with customer to provide incremental updates throughout migration.

  • Able to have an investigative nature to be able to spot risks and resolve issues quickly and with the minimum disruption to our client's
  • Ability to perform multiple function as once with quality outputs
  • If problems arise, we need you to initiate action and resolve the issue and escalate where needed.
  • Diplomacy skills including the ability to withstand pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to understand and critique requirements.
  • Excellent telephonic and communication skills including the ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences.
