Altitude is a facilities management and supply chain business outsourcing service provider. We have a client in Bellville South where we are currently running the production floor. We are looking for a meticulous, attention to detail and focused QA Administrator to join our Bellville team.

Objectives of this role

  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including rootcause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

Responsibilities

  • Obtain QA documents from relevant departments.
  • Ensuring that all documents are attached to the certificate of analysis provided.
  • Printing out cards with specifications for each certificate of analysis that needs to be captured accurately.
  • Printing out reports from the company system for capturing.
  • Capturing all production statistics accurately for managerial meetings.

Required skills and qualifications.

  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools as well as OHS and very importantly, food safety will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Matric
  • QA certification added advantage
