Revenue Manager Consultant
Implement Revenue Strategies. Discuss Sales Strategies with GM

Maximize Revenue Incomes for Individual, Groups

Consult with Reservation Channels, ensuring strategy is being followed.

Analyze Market Conditions and Trends

Develop, execute and review optimal revenue strategy.

Active role in Forecast and Budget in line with Marketing Plan

Inform team members on local, Regional, and corporate programs.

Review all 3rd party websites daily, ensuring content is always of the highest level and maintain communication of any changes to Senior management.

Daily revenue of Competition analysis for all main reservation channels

Review PMS system daily for any anomalies.

Review of no-shows with hotel management and decision about charging fees

Overseeing all reservation movements

Analyzing correct market segmentation of gained business.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Revenue Management.

Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Excellent leadership, motivation, and communication skills.

Strong computer skills and number oriented

Written and spoken professional business English language.

Good presentation skills

Experience in an hotel industry.

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Demonstrate the ability to forecast sales and trends in the market.

Ability to work in a stressful environment and good analytical approach to problem-solving.

Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships.

Understanding of online hotel Booking system fundamentals.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
