  • Typing and updating of CVs
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Recording and delivering of messages accurately
  • Processing and following up on missing documents for Background Checks on LexisNexis / MIE
  • Providing monthly meter readings for CPT
  • Ordering stationery for CPT
  • Greeting Nurses walk-ins and ensuring they get the correct test to complete
  • Assist in interviewing Nurses
  • Loading New Nurses and update list for hospital orientation
  • Grocery list
  • Logging service calls for printers
  • Arranging couriers when needed
  • Responding to all inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Updating the internal contact list
  • Loading processed checks on the LexisNexis spreadsheet -
  • Capturing and uploading of fingerprints for LexisNexis
  • Send through an updated report for captured fingerprints
  • Booking fingerprints appointments
  • Opening folders and saving the reports for checks completed
