Duties

  • Achieving all targets (call targets / meeting targets and or sales targets).
  • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Attend appointments set by Telesales Admin Team to meet with prospects.
  • Make own appointments.
  • Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values.
  • Keep records of calls, sales and prospects and add useful information by capturing all info into CRM (Hubspot).
  • Call prospective clients by utilizing communication platforms that my client provides.
  • Achieve sales targets as set out in your contract.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the team by providing accurate feedback and strategic alignment when targeting prospects.
  • Measure own work performance in line with all KPI's and KPA's.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.
  • Sell the services and solutions that the my client offers.
  • Treat all company property fairly and with care.
  • Support the sales team and line manager as and when needed.

Skills:

  • Have strong negotiating, selling, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be wellgroomed and presentable.
  • Must have BBBEE Knowledge and the ability to sell Skills Development service offerings.
  • Must have an existing client base.
  • Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to client's needs.
  • Be very target driven.
  • Be computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
  • Work well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver work independently.
  • Top level presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience selling B2B solutions (B-BBEE and Academic solutions advantageous).
  • Track record of strong performance against sales goals & objectives, evidenced in quarterly & annual goals.
  • Prior experience successfully working with national sales accounts.
  • Experience selling to senior management and ability to deliver compelling value propositions to decisionmakers & lead extensive contract negotiations.
  • Excellent balance of consultative sales ability & closing skills.
  • Clear entrepreneurial spirit & ability to excel with limited direction.
  • High energy, fastmoving personality, with complete understanding of targeted account selling, value selling, and ability to work with internal sales team to drive business results.
