You develop and implement social media strategies in line with the overall marketing objectives, to grow our incredible fan base and drive the awareness of our brand.


_ your day-to-day responsibilities_

  • Lead the vision, ideation, analysis, and execution of the social media strategy.
  • Create and manage innovative social media strategies and campaigns across all channels.
  • Lead the social team in calendar planning, content production, community management, and reporting.
  • Be on the pulse of social media trends/platforms/technologies, and audience preferences/behaviors to inform the strategy and provide insight to the wider team.
  • Closely monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvements across social media strategy and campaigns.
  • Review social analytics with social listening tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns and inform future planning.
  • Analyze and report on social media platforms
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maximize social media and digital revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee the social media community management and engagement with followers.
  • Ensure that clear, concise briefs are being developed and communicated timeously to the creative team
  • Ensure that content is posted timeously.

_what are the requirements?_

  • 5 years of social media management experience
  • A completed, relevant Marketing degree
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and content management skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration ability
  • Extensive knowledge of the social landscape on all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.) with a passion for fashion, current trends and creating fresh ideas
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and budget management skills.
  • Advanced understanding of social metrics and reporting
  • Expertise in digital, social, and creative solutions
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly in a retail environment would be an advantage.
  • Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.
