Duties:

Full running of the restaurant
Prepare a wide variety of new and exciting goods
Monitor stocks for ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget
Check quality of materials and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking and baking
Guide and motivate staff and co-workers to work more efficiently.
Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and guests
Be comfortable in talking to and dealing with guests

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years working experience in a high end 5* Bisto / Restaurant environment
Understanding the various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Great attention to detail and creativity
