Invoicing / Admin Clerk

LOCATION: Durbanville North, Western Cape
Our client, a leading fruit exporter situated in Durbanville, has an exciting position available for an Invoicing / Admin Clerk.
If you have strong planning skills, can multitask effectively, and thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy, this role might be a great fit for you.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and generating pro-forma invoices. Checking the data input to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the invoice.
- Capture tariffs on Pal track.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Manage and record the distribution/collection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Check and submit clocking reports of wage and salaried staff to Payroll.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the operational space.
- Receptionist relief duties.
- Other tasks as contained in the job description.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar and/or administrative position.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel & Outlook).
- Attention to detail - high level of accuracy.
- Deadline driven.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
