POSITION: Invoicing / Admin Clerk
LOCATION: Durbanville North, Western Cape

Our client, a leading fruit exporter situated in Durbanville, has an exciting position available for an Invoicing / Admin Clerk.
If you have strong planning skills, can multitask effectively, and thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy, this role might be a great fit for you.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing and generating pro-forma invoices. Checking the data input to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the invoice.
  • Capture tariffs on Pal track.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Manage and record the distribution/collection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Check and submit clocking reports of wage and salaried staff to Payroll.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in the operational space.
  • Receptionist relief duties.
  • Other tasks as contained in the job description.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar and/or administrative position.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel & Outlook).
  • Attention to detail - high level of accuracy.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
