An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Creditors/Admin Clerk for a leading self-adhesive label printing company based in **Thornton, Cape Town**.

Duties includes ~
- Process creditors invoices
- Creditors master file maintenance
- Solve price & quantity difference queries with suppliers
- Prepare creditors reconciliations for payment
- Uploading of payments on electronic banking system
- Analyze expense accounts & usage reports
- Administration &d payment of all sundry payments
- Process cashbook receipts & payments
- Office consumable ordering & issue
- Petty cash issue and reconciliation
- Monitor bank balances
- Develop and maintenance of filing systems and procedures
- Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years accounts payable/administrative experience
- Computer literacy
- Numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Highly organized and deadline orientated
- Awareness and knowledge of other administrative disciplines
