Marketing and Sales Support Executive (JB4514)

A company that designs software tools for Accounting and Finance Professionals, saving time and boosting productivity. Our main product, The Audit Toolbar, is an Excel plug-in built by auditors, speeding up audit tasks by up to 90% and improving quality, standardization, and compliance. It automates data formatting, sampling, testing, and analytics, and works with any audit software, addressing key pain points with simplicity.

The Sales and Marketing Executive supports the sales process for customer growth and help identify new sales for client firms and users. This involves day-to-day management and improvements to the company CRM system, Zoho and support the marketing of the Toolbar for growth, by managing all digital assets and co-ordinating and managing outbound marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, client and user services, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS environments

At least 2+ years of commercial and client/market experience

Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams)

Knowledge of social platforms, especially LinkedIn

Familiarity with other IT tools like Miro and Canva

CRM experience, preferably Zoho

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Effective organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with the Sales Team (Client Growth) to directly target specific sectors for new prospects that can be used by telesales to identify new demo opportunities for the Audit Toolbar.

Maintain the company CRM system, Zoho that is used for all sales and marketing engagement

Identify and research sources of suspect data on accounting firms in main sales territories to be provided to the sales function

Clean and maintain the client and user database with Zoho

Manage the lead process from telesales to sales completion to include, telesales team management, performance reporting, lead qualification, demo set up, follow up activity and all CRM logging

Review and refine the lead management process to optimise conversion rates

Work with Client Success to ensure that all users receive a “white glove” experience at the onboarding stage and are optimised for successful use

Ensure all customer and user records are accurately maintained in Zoho

Obtain customer feedback/Trust Pilot reviews/testimonials for use in marketing and publish where possible

Design and launch a customer expansion plan to grow users through referrals and organic client growth

Maintain the company website with updates and improvement

Design and maintain all digital assets

Manage social media feeds on Linked In

Write and despatch a user newsletter (Top Toolbar Tips)

Create video content and video assets

Provide regular reporting on all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing

Create new and innovative ideas to drive our overall lead generation
