**ROLE**:
Your top mission as a Sales Executive would be to make sales rain As long as we remain true to the idea that there is always more to be done, prospects will move from leads to customers.
Your goal as a Sales Executive will be to attract and generate new customers with your sales superpowers. It is the perfect job for someone looking to start a sales career outside of an office setting.
In your role as a Sales Exceutive, you market the company's products and services to potential clients. This often involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, working with advertising agencies, and conducting market research.
You must be able to clearly communicate the benefits of their company's products or services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase. You must also be creative and resourceful in order to develop effective marketing campaigns.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Craft proposals in a timely manner, typically within a 1 day period.
- Initiate the business cycle and bring deals to close.
- Conduct early stage project management of client accounts.
- Vet prospects and leads to match target market.
- Set expectations for the business cycle and overcome objections from the prospects.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Listening skills. Lets others speak and seeks to understand their viewpoints.
- Persistence. Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
- Persuasion. Able to convince others to pursue a course of action.
- Attention to detail. Does not let important details slip, thoroughly reads through documents and checks work. Mention the word “happiness” in your phone screening for brownie points.
- Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- An interest in building a career in sales
- A go-getter with a competitive drive
- Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills
- Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work in a high-energy, sales environment
- Cold calling, sales training and CRM experience a plus
**Compensation**:
- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
- Compensation will be provided on a bi-weekly basis
