Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Cloud Sales Specialist is a quota-bearing sales persona, and the purpose of this role is to primarily pursue, and land qualified leads identified by the Client Management team and other respective teams.The Senior Cloud Sales Specialist identifies new opportunities from a selection of existing accounts, and presents solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models to the client that meet their needs.
The Senior Cloud Sales Specialist works directly with clients at a variety of levels, as well as internal subject matter experts.
A substantial amount of time is spent on engaged selling or supporting the sales process in partnership with Client Managers. This role contributes to the pre-sales process by working with pre-sales architects to create the best solution design for the client, as well as building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, whilst developing new business channels and territories.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new cloud customersIdentify and qualify leads, transforming them into loyal customersDeliver compellingsales presentationsthat showcase the value proposition of our cloud solutionsPartner with technical teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored cloud solutionsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both our company and the clientManage existing client relationships, fostering trust and driving upsell and renewal opportunitiesDevelop a strong understanding of thecompetitive landscapeand cloud industry trendsContribute to the development and execution ofmarketing campaignsto generate leadsQualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within thecloud computingindustryProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious targetsIn-depth knowledge ofcloud computing concepts, platforms (e.g.,AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment models (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationshipsStrong negotiation and deal-closing skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA self-motivated go-getter with a passion for technology and exceeding expectationsBenefits:
