**Desk Based Account Manager**
We are looking for customer centric and driven individuals to join our growing and highly successful account management team. As an account manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish viable opportunities for account growth and upselling within the Babble pillars. Generating sales revenue by expanding business within existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your account portfolio.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries against a defined set of accounts and, when needed, providing support to the field-based sales team. Resolving enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner. Liaising with relevant departments where necessary.
- Build and maintain pipeline of opportunities. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving business requirements, ensure their needs are met, encouraging retention, growth, and overall development of the accounts.
- Collaborate with the other Babbe pillars to provide custom solutions that align with client objectives promoting account growth and cross sell of Babble portfolio.
- Continually developing the right skills and knowledge required to competently offer advice on our product and service portfolio.
- Identify accounts at risk of churn early and work to minimise this risk and retain clients.
- Consistently work to companies targets and KPI’s
- Performing other duties from time to time as requested by the Sales Management.
**Skills Required**:
- **Communication** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for connecting with customers and other members of the commercial team. Able to discuss technical products and services to stakeholders at all levels. Acting within the best interests of the company and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- **Research and Analysis - **The ability to research companies, understand their requirements and evaluate their potential for growth within the Babble pillars is crucial.
- **Attention to Detail** - accurate account evaluation requires attention to detail. Maintaining up to date and accurate company records through the CRM platform.
- **Motivated** - Self-motivated to work from home and results driven to work towards companies KPIs. Demonstrating initiative and possessing the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- **Adaptability** - The account management landscape evolves, and specialists need to adapt to changing strategies and tools.
- **Experience**:
- Previous account management, sales or customer service experience would be an advantage. Strong understanding of the communications industry. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- **Sales Meetings per month 50**:
- **MONTHLY SALES TARGET FMRGP £200-£400 (Based on experience)**:
