Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards and benefits management
  • South African Reward Association (SARA) Reward Certification
  • Be a member of the South African Reward Association (SARA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus
