Global concern is seeking an Office Administration Officer to  involve a wide range of support activities inside their administration department, from supporting with making travel & transport arrangements for staff & guests coming to the Company, to attending to reception activities and managing 
& ordering of stationery & groceries for the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing reception duties and guest coordination
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and international visitors
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders
  • Liaising with service providers and vendors
  • Managing office equipment maintenance
  • Document and records management
  • Providing administrative support to management
  • Assisting with company event organization
Requirements:
  • Appropriate Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a professional corporate concern.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
