We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the company, contributing to the smooth operation of our office and the efficient delivery of our services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Documentation**: Assist in the preparation, distribution, and organization of recruitment-related documents, contracts, and other materials as needed.
- **Correspondence**: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and meetings, including venue booking, logistics, and materials preparation.
- **Financial Administration**: Support financial administrative tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with team members to provide support for various projects and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- **Technology**: Familiarity with CRM systems and other office productivity tools is desirable.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- **Flexibility**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
