Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Director, including bookkeeping and filing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Director with daily administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and filing
  • Provide reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Assist the Sales team with general administration tasks
  • Support with HR administration, including employee onboarding and benefits management
  • Work closely with the Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work from Monday to Thursday, 07:15 to 17:45, and Friday, 07:15 to 15:00.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Presentable, punctual, and reliable, with a strong focus on maintaining a professional image
  • English as first language essential, Afrikaans as first language beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of rapidly assimilating new software applications

Salary

The salary range for this position is approximately R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
