Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructionsLiaising with residential offices and developersEncouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuationsCommunicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriatelyProblem solving and influence outcomeWorking towards set targetsWorking closely with the land teamThe Person
A New Homes Sales Professional with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experienceA proven listing / business generation track recordLiving in the Surrey / Sussex areaProfessional, organised and have a great work ethicHard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goalsWilling, confident and resilientHave truly exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levelsHave a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win businessHave a full UK driving licenceThe Package
Basic Salary: £Dependent on ExperienceOn Target Earnings: £40,-£50,Work Pattern: Work Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance, Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Plus an extra day off for your birthday Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Paid entry fees for charitable events-
