**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Sales Team
- Compliance and Audit
- Record keeping
- Update appointments and terminations on the FSCA register within the required time frame.
- Conduct monthly checks and maintain Rep Register, and Competence Register and compare records on the FSCA and MSA.
- Comply with the Marketing Sales Administration manual in accordance with legislative, industry and regulatory body requirements.
- Comply with FIT and Proper requirements for new recruitment.
- Pre-approve new appointments (Criminal, ITC, Fit & Proper Requirements & FSCA Register).
- Supervisor to sign off pre-approval feedback.
- Process issuing of contracts, supervision addendum, disclosure letters, appointment letters and FSCA and Assupol code of conduct to representatives.
- Process contract as per classroom training attended.
- Appointment and disclosure letters are to be signed off by the Supervisor and Manager.
- Update the FSCA representative register and in-house systems.
- Request monthly supervision reports from the Sales Manager.
- Send monthly reminders to the Sales Managers.
- Update supervision records continuously on the system.
- Contribute to Identifying undesirable practices and report it to the Manager or Compliance Officer
- Assist with debarment and suspension of representative when found guilty.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- RE5 (advantage)
- FSCA recognised qualification (advantage)
- 3 years’ experience in Sales
- 2 years’ Sales Administration

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Insurance: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RE5 Certificate (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pretoria, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
