About This Role

We are seeking a talented Residential Sales Professional to join our New Homes team in Surrey/Sussex. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and present to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions
  • Liaise with residential offices and developers to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
  • Encourage and generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations
  • Communicate and liaise with our area new homes support team to ensure relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately
The Ideal Candidate
  • A seasoned New Homes Sales Professional or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience
  • A proven track record of business generation and listing success
  • Living in the Surrey/Sussex area with a full UK driving licence
  • Professional, organised, and possessing a great work ethic
  • Hard-working, determined, and willing to achieve targets
  • Confident, resilient, and able to liaise at all levels
  • Able to manage budgets, coach teams, and inspire people to meet targets and win business
