The Client Servicea B2C role is a critical position within the company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients seeking to compare Estate Agents for selling their homes.



The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification, along with strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel.

The role requires English-speaking candidates with 1-5 years prior experience in customer service, ideally within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and courteous customer support to individuals seeking to compare Estate Agent performance for selling their homes.

2. Assist customers in navigating the company's platform, explaining features, and guiding them through the comparison process.

3. Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.

4. Utilize analytical skills to interpret property data and present relevant information to customers to aid in their decision-making process.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback, improve service offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
