About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Specialist , you’ll play a crucial role in implementing value-added services and configurations that enhance the usability and accessibility of our products. You’ll consult with customers to assess their organizational and technical needs, proactively identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Training: Provide comprehensive training and skill transfer on our software.
Updates: Keep clients and internal teams informed about new releases, features, and functionalities.
Communication: Ensure consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
Innovation: Identify and share innovative solutions and knowledge.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
Requirements:
Knowledge Transfer: Ability to conduct one-on-one training sessions.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and exceed client expectations.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Proactivity: A self-starter who can identify and address project risks effectively.
