Job Description
As a Business Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our
client base.Your focus will be on acquiring new clients by initiating contact with prospective leads, nurturing those leads, and ultimately transitioning the client relationship to the Customer Care Team once a sale is secured.    Incorporating the adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a mandatory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Business Development Consultants (Hunters) is crucial to ensuring that all sales activities not only aim for high performance and revenue generation but also strictly follow the company's established processes and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to devise business development strategies in line with company objectives.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis to identify target markets and potential opportunities.
3. Lead Generation: Innovate and execute methods for generating leads via various channels.
4. Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer strategic insights.
5. Consulting: Provide personalized consultations and tailored solutions to clients.
6. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations.
7. Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for successful deal closures
8. Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies.
10. Reporting: Track business development activities and provide insights for improvement
 
This position offers a performance-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income based on your sales performance.
 
Basic Remuneration:
A more then competitive base salary that ensures financial stability for Business Sales Consultants.
 
·      Junior R17 600 has a minimum requirement of 1 Discovery call per day.
·      Senior R35 200 has a minimum requirement of 2 Discovery calls per day.
 
The above basic remuneration is hedged on the amount of qualifying discovery meetings @R800 per meeting concluded.
 
·      Tier 1 (0 to 1 Customer signed up): 5% commission.
·      Tier 2 (2 to 3 Customers signed up): 7.5% commission + 1% accelerator for MRR revenue above 1.8 million annual MRR G.P revenue.
·      Tier 3 (4 to 6 Customers signed up): 10% commission + 2% accelerator for MRR revenue above 3.6 million annual MRR G.P revenue.
·      Tier 4 (7+ Customers signed up): 12% commission + 3% accelerator MRR revenue above 4.8 million annual MRR G.P revenue.

Sales Target:
Sign up 2x customers per quarter.

Requirements
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong understanding of Microsoft's offerings, Licensing, and related IT services.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets. 
3+ years of experience in technology sales. 
Familiarity with CRM software preferred. 
Proven sales experience, particularly in IT.

Tiered Sales Commission:

Earn a high basic on discovery calls R 17 600 - R 35 200 per month and addition, plus commission per deal signed.
