We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Decision Inc. with a focus on improving our return on investment using Social Media. The ideal candidate will be fluent in all aspects of social media and will be able to analyse data to inform strategy and decision making for the benefit of the client. A high degree of initiative, dedication, and enthusiasm is required along with a thirst for knowledge in the Social Media arena.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

  • Strategise, implement, and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, paid media, and events, to generate high-quality leads and drive demand through effective nurture programs and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Lead market segmentation, targeting, and persona development by conducting in-depth market research and analysing data to identify potential high-value target audiences, industries, personas, market trends, and competitors, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create compelling, SEO-optimized B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations that demonstrate thought leadership and drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams to create and distribute tailored sales enablement tools and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and effective distribution via social media, email, paid search, and SEO-optimized web content.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and digital marketing initiatives, identifying market gaps, emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B landscape, and incorporate findings into the overall digital marketing strategy to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Own the SEO and SEM strategy to drive organic and paid traffic, improve lead quality, and optimize the customer journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on SEO, SEM, and digital marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion.
  • Nurture leads effectively by delivering personalized and value-driven content that educates prospects on the solutions, converting leads into meetings and opportunities by showcasing the tangible benefits and ROI of the solutions offered.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure leads are followed up efficiently and nurtured through the pipeline, ensuring leads progress from new leads to qualified opportunities through a clear, value-based narrative.

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead conversion, and campaign management with proven success in driving revenue through SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with the ability to craft personalized marketing approaches for key accounts, driving engagement and influencing revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, including on-site and off-site optimization, keyword research, and content development to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • In-depth experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ClickDimensions is essential to execute and automate multi-channel campaigns that integrate SEO and SEM tactics.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized content that resonates with B2B decision-makers and influences buying decisions.
  • Extensive understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing, including email marketing, ABM, content marketing, SEO, and social media, with a proven track record of developing successful, data-driven campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies, including managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and the ability to analyse performance data to drive continuous improvements in campaign efficiency.
  • Experience delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of digital and social media platforms, with a focus on SEO, SEM, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing Analytics, including SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush), Google Analytics, AdWords, and ABM performance tracking to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel for advanced reporting, forecasting, and data visualization is essential, with experience in SEO data reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with website optimization and content management systems, such as WordPress, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and A/B testing for conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven ability to nurture leads effectively and convert them into qualified meetings and opportunities, by showcasing the value of the solutions offered and driving alignment with sales teams to progress leads through the pipeline.
