About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Decision Inc. as a Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels to generate high-quality leads and drive demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Market Segmentation and Targeting: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify high-value target audiences, industries, and personas, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create compelling, SEO-optimized B2B content that demonstrates thought leadership and drives engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to create and distribute tailored sales enablement tools and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead competitive intelligence and digital marketing initiatives to identify market gaps, emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B landscape.
  • SEO and SEM: Own the SEO and SEM strategy to drive organic and paid traffic, improve lead quality, and optimize the customer journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead conversion, and campaign management with proven success in driving revenue through SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ClickDimensions.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized content that resonates with B2B decision-makers and influences buying decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
