Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team at a fast-growing and dynamic VOIP company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers over the phone with technical support and troubleshooting. You will be working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, helping clients solve their VOIP-related issues with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to VOIP services.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of *3 years of experience*.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP technologies and services.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in the Eastern Time zone.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
