**English Technical Support Agent**
We are actively recruiting experienced call centre agents to join our dynamic team, providing customer service for retail software and equipment in a first-line tech support capacity. This role specifically caters to English and speaking customers in the US and Europe. As part of our growing team, you will be based in Cape Town

**Responsibilities**:
As a valued member of our elite support squad, you will:

- Provide excellent customer experience through technical support.
- Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Follow escalation procedures as required.
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance customer experiences.
- Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an English Support Specialist with:

- Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English(written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Passion for technology.
- Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
- Retail or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
