ADMIN / POD CLERK
Key performance Areas
OPERATION
Daily allocation of duties
-Creating POD's on Parcel Perfect (in-house program) accurately
-Follow up with clients if invoices etc is not correct
-Double check weight, volume and invoices before POD gets manifested
-Allocate waybills to manifests, forward manifests to WHK
-Let WHK / JHB know about any out of the ordinary deliveries or POD's
-Let accounts know if the client don't have an account so that they can create a
pro-forma invoice
-If an account is blocked, check with debtors if you can load the goods
-Ensure SA & Namibian Clearing instructions is correct and saved correctly
-Answer and reply to calls and emails
-Ensure excellent customer service
-Assist with answering telephones
And any other duties related to this position.

Report any problems to Management.

Grievances
Inform Management of complaints received and assist to solve them.
GENERAL
Set an example for staff.
Use your own initiative, cope in an emergency, accept change and keep up to date with new technology.
Ensure that any first aid or fire action is taken speedily as required.
Be punctual
To be available to work extra time
To be familiar with rules and regulations and security procedures
To perform any other reasonable duties as prescribed by the management
