Turnkey365 is a leading villa marketing and management company specialising in luxury short-term rentals across Cape Town. We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven 
Accounts and Admin Controller

to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial administration, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for management across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day financial administration, including capturing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with VAT submissions, tax compliance, and preparation of audit documentation.
  • Provide regular financial and operational reporting to management.
  • Maintain accurate company records, contracts, and filing systems.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll administration and HR record-keeping.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, banks, SARS, etc.) when required.
  • Assist the Operations Director and management team with administrative and operational projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in financial administration, office management, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and accounting software

Proficiency in Xero

  • Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the hospitality, property, or real estate industry is advantageous.
