To start 7 January we urgently need to grow our customer services team because we are so busy This is an entry level position, and we are corporate training company based in Dunkeld West in Johannesburg. You will be working and supporting our highly experienced Customer Services team.

This position will suit someone who has high energy, who is willing to go above and beyond in a very diverse role that will include a little bit of everything. If you have a 'can- do' attitude, can deal with a very varied day where things are changing on the fly, and you can adapt quickly and think on your feet, then this job is for you

You need to have high levels of attention to detail because of the fast pace of our business – we require that you get things done the right the first time and you need to be able to pick things up quickly as all of the training will be on the job.

Requirements:

· Grade 12 - Matric certificate required.

· Work experience is preferable, but we understand that finding work can be tough, so we are willing to consider someone with no work experience if they have the right attitude.

· Computer literate – Word & Excel proficient.

· Desire to learn new things, be adaptable and enthusiastic.

· Good communication skills in English and an attention to detail a must.

· High degree of confidentiality.

  • Highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
  • An effective team player that understands the value of working together towards a common goal.

Salary – Basic only – R5,500.00 per month.
