You will have a chance to get to know the ins and outs of the campaign, managing customer queries regarding the booking and planning of their travel arrangements and gaining exposure to different customer scenarios.

You will need to have a passion for communication and problem solving and the ability to keep cool under pressure. You’ll need to be a quick thinker and highly adaptable to new environments. We want fast learners, people who keep their cool under pressure and go-getters with a can-do attitude.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Resolving customer queries in line with operational policies and procedures
- Establishing customer needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Using questioning and listening skills to resolve customer queries within stipulated timeframes
- Ensuring all customer queries are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the process
- Promoting client products, services and solutions at all times
- Raising incidents to the appropriate stakeholders providing accurate and relevant information
- Ensuring all accounts identified as high risk accounts are closely monitored and appropriate action is taken promptly
- Making recommendations to management concerning issues that may affect the customer experience
- Maintaining and proactively improving systems, product and competitor knowledge taking applicable action for improvements
- Adhering to schedules to ensure customer service is delivered at the required intervals
- Ensuring accuracy and overall quality of work
- Working within required timeframes to ensure the achievement of defined service level agreements

**What you’ll need**
- Matric (Essential)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proven verbal and written skills (Essential)
- Strong comprehension skills (Essential)
- Excellent Conversational Writing Skills (Essential)
- Advanced computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate various screens and systems effectively (Essential)
- Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
