Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to

customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping

experience within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues promptly
  • Stay informed about new products and services
  • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
