As a
Field Sales Consultant
, you'll play a key role in our mission to empower access to justice while driving new business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of ICs to ensure alignment with sales targets and Company standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years sales experience (financial/insurance sector preferred).
  • Valid driver's license & PDP.
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Resilient, target-driven & self-motivated.

Your Role:

  • Transport Independent Contractors to their appointments.
  • Drive direct sales and new business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Persuasive sales approach with excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-discipline, motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.
  • Have an understanding of the Treating Customers Fairly principles, and exemplify these principles in all business interactions.
