Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all Nashua
product lines, including software, hardware, PBX, and ICT solutions.
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team of sales consultants
focused on securing new business accounts.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting
tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales
targets.
• Solution Selling: Present a consultative approach by understanding client pain points and offering
value-driven, integrated ICT solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and regularly update forecasts
and reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver
end-to-end solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
to keep Nashua competitive and innovative.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification Grade 12
+5 years' experience in Office Automation - Sales Manager experience.
Must be self-driven, motivated and innovative and a team player with positive attitude
Achieve maximum sales profitability & growth.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
Excellent communication skills on all levels, telephonic and face to face customers relations skills / presentable/ self-motivated.
Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills.
