Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Cape Town Metro. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and driving sales growth. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales activities, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.
