SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JHB (North and South Rand)

Sales Representative to join our team in JHB. As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range within the spar group (North and South rand)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular sales visits to customer sites, presenting products, and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about the latest advancements

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience in external sales
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG Industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at various levels.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

This position offers a good basic salary with commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
