We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and represent Charava products to retailers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by fostering strong relationships with retailers and providing them with comprehensive information about our products.
Previous experience and experience working with retailers in SA (DisChem, Wellness Warehouse, Clicks, Weleda, FTN) will be viewed favourably.
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently manage a designated territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, including health food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
- Educate store staff about the benefits and features of Charava products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and highlight their value proposition.
- Collaborate with retailers to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and health-related products is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and results-oriented.
