**1.** **MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

**2.** **SCOPE OF THIS JOB/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer all incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information on orders or answer queries.
- Ensure accurate invoices are issued to clients.
- Verify that correct payments have been received.
- Support and liaise with all sales staff.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate important feedback from clients to the relevant internal departments.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Drive and deliver exceptional customer services that exceeds client’ expectations.
- Supporting the sales department with all other ad hoc administrative tasks, when required.
- Abide all company policies and procedures.

**4.** **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Invoice / Sales Admin Clerk
- Grade 12
- Previous experience on Pastel or SAGE 200 Evolution will be advantageous.
- Computer literate

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maitland, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
