**Inside Sales (FMCG) /Cape Town**

We are looking to grow our Inside Sales Team.

Seeking vibrant, hardworking and outgoing individual for Inside Sales Executive position.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Senior Certificate

Good command of the English Language

Previous selling experience

Previous experience in FMCG industry ( min 2 years )

Drivers licence and own vehicle

Lead passing to field sales team.

Excellent verbal and written skill sets.

Telephonic etiquette.

Excellent PC skills to be able to adapt to new and existing internal CRM tools and systems knowledge (Pastel)

Ability to work in a fast paced and highly pressurized environment.

Taking initiative and following through is key in this environment.

Must be able to work in a team i.e. team player.

Handle outgoing and incoming sales calls

Capture and manage orders for clients

Up-selling and communicating promotions in order to maximize GP and increase turnover

Meeting all sales targets and deadlines

Attend to Admin and Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs set out by management.

Maintain good Relationships with existing customers

Grow Area and market to new clients

Problem solving skill.

Hard working, organized and excellent work ethic.

Punctual

**Salary structure**:
Basic market related + commission + incentive for targets reached
