Retail Marketing Head Office currently holds a vacancy for a Digital Ops/UX Manager.

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of the role is to implement the Motus customer-facing digital strategy and ensuring optimal UX on Motus website assets. The role oversees all aspects of digital operations for the brand websites, and is first and foremost responsible for the functionality, performance and enhancement of the website. Key outputs include stakeholder engagement, supplier, budget and project management

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute campaigns and customer journey processes on delivery platforms and automation tools
- Continuous improvement, in collaboration with website development agency, of website layout, with trends, UX and functionality in mind
- Keeping up to date with marketing trends and industry innovations.
- Plan for, administer and process costing related tasks and activities effectively and efficiently.
- Align business intelligence data integration with all website functionality
- Ensure legal & compliance
- Assist in developing performance scorecards and provide daily management information for optimal decision making
- Assist in the development and execution of customer portals, customer experience management.
- Development of digital solutions for all digital marketing elements.
- Enhance website to keep up business requirements
- Continuous updates and maintenance to websites through content management system and suppliers
- Website performance monitoring
- Website UX

- Manage, in conjunction with agencies, all SEO elements of the website
- Maintain SEO elements in content management system
- Implementation of SEO changes in conjunction with developers
- Compile reports on website performance
- Undertaking ad hoc projects as and when required by management.

- Manage work to achieve deadlines and accordance with schedule
