A motivated & organized individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks whilst retaining strong attention to detail. Ideally you already have functional experience of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Social Ads or programmatic, and you have strong ideas about what is needed to make them a success. This role calls for a confident communicator, working closely with internal teams to move campaign delivery forward, whilst keeping client goals clearly in mind. Your Role at LadderThis is a supporting role within the Account Management team, which sits between the production, creative, strategy and project management teams in the execution of campaigns, insights and proposals to our client base. You will report directly to the Senior Account Managers, acting as account management support to ensure the team can efficiently plan and attend to client needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Support Senior Account Manager with the timely and successful delivery of our digital solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate tasks/projects to platform specialists within the context of a client’s goals and objectives
- Monitor client progress towards monthly goals and provide the analysis and next steps to the Senior AM on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Communicate client progress to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans/initiatives
- Produce weekly/monthly reporting in preparation to assist on monthly planning and presentation of goals & objectives based on current performance and new insights, in-line with client-provided business goals
- Support day-to-day running of multiple projects, fielding questions from channel specialists and escalating any issues that need further attention

Do you have demonstrable experience within the following areas?
- Experience reading and analyzing marketing reports, with a confident understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPCs, CTR, CPM, CPA ) - if that included Google Data Studio reporting that would be a bonus
- Experience working in a fast paced digital agency environment is a plus - and if you have worked with App-based clients an even bigger plus
- Some experience working within Social, Search or Programmatic channels, whether managing campaigns or supporting campaign management
- Knowledge of the steps required within planning, strategising and building digital marketing campaigns
- Some knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM and MMP (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch) tracking platforms
- Experience using Project Management software such as Asana would be of benefit but not essential
