DescriptionLocation: ShopriteX (Brackenfell)OverviewThe Account Executive ensures prompt and accurate communication within the Studio and maintains day-to-day contact with clients. The AE oversees effective business administration and demonstrates proactivity, initiative, and interest in building healthy working relationships.Client responsibilityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the client through excellent work quality and professional conduct.Continue to invest in growing knowledge of your clients' business and industries in which they operate, actively tracking information that will be of value to your teams and clients.Schedule and arrange client meetings with all relevant parties, including the management of related logistics.Ensure that the full team, including yourself, are well prepared for client meetings.Support your Account Director (AD) and Account Manager (AM) by drafting effective, single-minded and timely job briefs, reverts and supply jobs.Assist your AD and AM with various administrative tasks.Sourcing of images from various departments/resources.Following up on feedback on jobs and ensuring deadlines are met.Updating status documents for various clients.Liaise with internal colleagues as well as other departments in order to execute the job in a seamless manner.Act as a supporting point of contact for clients in the absence of other team members.Entrench yourself within the various platforms and teams to understand the business and look at ways to improve processes.RequirementsRequirements:Proficiency in MS Office suite (incl. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) essential.Enthusiastic/ confident/ professional / diplomatic.Team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.Able to cope under pressure, work with tight deadlines and handle diverse activities.Reliable, organized and attention to detail.Have a solution-driven attitude.Must have a passion for client delivery and service.  Strong organisation and administration skills essential. Accountable with good follow-through.Hard-working and proactive.Exceptional time management skills.Comfortable working independently and within a team.Creative eye for detail – advantageous.Prior relevant work experience of at least 1 year as an account executive or similar.Working knowledge of project management toolsReliable transport essential.Work LevelJuniorJob TypeContractSalaryMarket RelatedDuration< 6 MonthsEE PositionNoLocationCape Town
