Vision Elevators is a local elevator company with offices based in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
**Job Description** About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and administer all service-related activities within the branch.
- Promptly log and dispatch calls to technicians.
- Ensure all previous day’s dispatched calls are closed off.
- Schedule services, callouts, and repairs with technicians.
- Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and escalate issues where necessary.
- Collect and manage technician reports and requisitions timeously.
- Arrange Annex Inspections and ensure completion of required items.
- Prepare and laminate Annex CR reports for technicians to place onsite.
- Coordinate appointments between technicians and clients.
- Send monthly callback reports to clients as required.
- Process weekly invoicing.
- Monitor daily SAP alerts and manually capture reports.
- Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of documents.
- Provide reception backup support when required.
Convey customer service etiquette
**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a service coordination role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong multitasking skills are key to success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Afrikaans speaking - advantage
Qualifications in administration are highly desirable.
