As a Real Estate Administrator, you'll engage with homeowners who have reached out to our company through advertising, eager to sell their properties.

Your primary responsibility is to introduce them to our company's process for selling their homes and ensure a seamless transition into the selling journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate communication with homeowners looking to sell their homes
- Assist homeowners in identifying any potential issues with their properties
- Utilize company software to provide insights into property values
- Maintain organized records of potential opportunities for follow-up

**Qualifications**:

- Ambitious and driven personality with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in CRM management
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Pay: From R6,00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)
