We are seeking for an enthusiastic, innovative and hardworking individual with at least 2 years’ experience in the Accommodation and Hospitality industry to join our team ASAP.

Our aim is to drastically increase our accommodation and hospitality footprint in the Atlantic Seaboard area and to further excel in service excellence. If you are a pedantic, organized, motivated and presentable individual with “an eye for detail” and meet the job specific requirements, please forward us a copy of your CV together with your photo and at least 2 contactable employment references.

You will require your own car and a valid driving license.

**The key role will be**:

- PROPERTY QUALITY CONTROLLER-look after our properties
- GUEST RELATIONS ASSISTANT-look after our Guests

**The position requires the following skills and attributes**:

- Punctual and reliable individual, preferably residing within close proximity to the Atlantic Seaboard.
- Able to work during office hours and after hours (weekends, public holidays and after 6PM when required)
- High Attention to detail
- Creative flair (visually and on computer) basic graphic design/decor skills are advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and leadership skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent computer and administration skills -Microsoft word, excel, power point etc.
- An understanding of how appliances work or how to read and understand operating manuals.
- Ability to source suppliers for maintenance purposes,concierge services and property contents in order to implement same.
- Ability to supervise all suppliers and house-keeping in order to maintain a high standard
- Patience for Inventory formulation and continuous checking of properties accordingly
- Neatly presented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
