Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Practitioner based in Mossel Bay. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants, as well as staying updated on market trends and legal requirements related to property transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property sales, rentals, and investment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of market trends and legal requirements in real estate
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
  • Professional certification in real estate is an advantage
